The applicant is responsible for returning the community space to the same condition as it was received.
The recurring program or community event must be open to all tenants of the building.
You will immediately advise TSHC of any accidents, personal injuries, damages, or incidents occurring, incurred, or encountered when delivering the activity.
No photos are to be taken of staff or tenants at any TSHC building without the written consent of each person.
You must remove all decorations, food, and other items at the end of the event or program.
Tenants and guests must follow the Use of Community Space Policy, and its supporting guidelines.
