Grant Coffey is a strategic leader with over 30 years of public service experience focusing on the technology and housing sectors. With a focus and commitment to public service excellence, Grant has a proven track record of leading and delivering large strategic initiatives and transformational programs.

In Grant’s current role as Director of Strategy and Business Management, Grant focuses on supporting over 14,000 senior tenants to age at home in comfort and with dignity. Grant engages and creates partnerships with key stakeholders across the public, private, academic and not-for-profit sectors to lead action to enhance Toronto’s livability and quality of life while meeting the organization’s social, economic and environmental goals.

Grant was the former General Manager of the Seniors Housing Unit at Toronto Community Housing. While there, he was instrumental in leading a team of staff to develop and implement the Integrated Service Model (ISM) to improve housing and services for seniors tenants. Prior to joining Toronto Community Housing, Grant held various positions with the City of Toronto leading strategic planning, program and policy implementations, and technology transformation initiatives.
