Director, People and Culture

Carol leads TSHC’s people and culture, and the achievement of TSHC’s strategic objectives through the design, direction and execution of a full range of human resources, organizational development, labour relations, and health and safety practices and policies.

A driven, innovative, and forward thinker, Carol brings multi-industry experience providing human resources leadership and support within Canada and the United States. Carol has spent 20 years in progressive human resource leadership roles in big tech, healthcare, food services and transportation organizations. Her people-centric approach combined with her operational leadership has made her a trusted advisor for implementing organizational restructuring projects, quality and learning management systems, and onboarding programs.

Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts from Windsor University and a Master of Human Resources Management from Yok University. She is a Certified Human Resources Leader.
