Brad Priggen manages over 300 staff across Toronto Seniors Housing’s 83 seniors building to ensure successful operational service delivery that create positive outcomes for tenants.

Brad brings demonstrated expertise improving the quality, efficiency, and customer experience of service through his proactive management of performance and logistics. Prior to Toronto Seniors Housing, Brad spent 20 years at Toronto Community Housing as an Operating Unit Manager, and Assistant General Manager for the Seniors Housing Unit. There, Brad oversaw seniors housing-related operations for the revitalization of Alexandra Park and Lawrence Heights.

Brad has led many interdepartmental initiatives to maximize efficiency and productivity, and create increased opportunities for tenants. In addition, as a former Property Manager for a large nonprofit housing partner, Brad brings a strong working knowledge of frontline operations, industry regulations, and labour relations to effectively lead TSHC operations. Brad is an advocate for staff and tenants. He has been steadfast in his commitment to driving continuous improvement and quality service for tenants, while earning the trust of operational staff.
