Accessibility Plan
Toronto Seniors Housing is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of people with disabilities in a timely manner. To meet this goal and to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), there is a multi-year Accessibility Plan for Integrated Accessibility Standards. This plan will be updated from time to time.

Accessibility Program for Tenants
Often, when we think of accessible services for tenants with disabilities, we think about the tenant’s physical environment or unit. The Accessibility Program gives tenants living with disabilities a chance to work with staff and others to make accessibility improvements to their units and common areas so they can participate in community life.

Unit Modifications
If you need to function better in your unit, the Accessibility Program can help. The Responsible Personal Accessibility in Toronto Housing (R-PATH) Committee has prepared a resource sheet with answers to the top seven questions asked by tenants about getting a unit modification.
