Deanna Veltri
Director, Engagement, Partnerships and Communications

Deanna Veltri brings extensive experience spanning Canada’s public, private, and non-profit sectors, with a particular focus on the housing market. Her expertise encompasses working with government bodies, development industries, and community housing non-profits.

Prior to joining TSHC, Deanna held significant leadership roles at Deloitte Canada, StrategyCorp, and Toronto Community Housing, where she specialized in affordable housing, policy improvement, and business strategy. Her experience also includes work in employment services, education, health, and Indigenous affairs.

Driven by a strong passion for housing and a commitment to supporting underserved populations, Deanna is dedicated to making a positive impact. She maintains a wide network of professional affiliations, notably within the affordable housing sector. Deanna holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from McGill University.

At TSHC, Deanna leads the Communications and Programs and Partnerships teams, focusing on strengthening tenant engagement, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring clear, effective communication. She is eager to collaborate with staff and tenants to build upon the organization’s existing successes.
