Guidelines for Community Spaces

All programs and activities must benefit tenants and follow Toronto Seniors Housing policies.

Toronto Seniors Housing has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment against tenants, staff, and agencies.

Anyone using the community space must follow all rules and laws related to behaviour and safety.

You can use the community room equipment (including exercise equipment) at your own risk.

Tenants and agencies must clean up after themselves and leave the space the way they found it.

Alcohol and drugs are not allowed in community spaces.

Pets are allowed in community spaces. Owners must care for and clean up after their pets. Pets must be on a leash (City’s Animals Bylaw – Chapter 349).

All guests using community spaces must be accompanied by a tenant.
